Products Description
The elastic fastener is an implicit connection method of the aluminum profile frame.
It uses special half-round head bolts,
and the elastic fastener is used in conjunction with the special half-round head bolts.
It has the function of anti-loose and anti-vibration.
The wing clip is commonly used with a button head socket cap screw to create custom end fastener assemblies.
The winged tabs of the clip prevent the mating profile from rotating.
An end fastener connection method requires two machining services;
an end tap on the mounting profile and an access hole in the mating profile in order to reach the screw head.
Application:
This is the primary fastening method used to join two pieces of profiles together.
The fastener couples with the taper in the T-slots to create an extremely rigid joint.
