T-Slot is a durable and light-weight aluminum framing system, that is mainly composed of extruded aluminum profiles, which are used to connect other bars and parts.

The main feature of this strong engineering system, is its cross-sectional shape.

This feature allows individual parts to be joined easily with the help of t-slot bolts and nuts. As a result, you can achieve unique flexibility in the design with T-slot framing extrusion, as it requires no welding.

Furthermore, the T-slot system provides custom design solutions, which not only makes adjustments and assembly quite easy and fast but also requires minimum maintenance.

Therefore, T-slot framing systems are commonly used for diverse purposes by individuals and industries, mostly due to their versatility, cost-effectiveness and corrosion resistance as compared to welding.

VITO t-slot aluminum extrusion profile is commonly made from 6063-T5 alloy. This provides the profile its unique T-shape, design, high stiffness and light weight.

Surface finish is usually treated by clear anodizing and satin/matt anodizing. This provides a clean and fine finish to these aluminum profiles. This is the reason why anodized T-slot profiles show resistance towards harsh weather conditions.
